Well, I inadvertently drove through my garage door.
Wow, how embarrassing!! But fortunately America's garage doors arrived
only a little while after I called and installed a new garage door in no
 time. Luckily I didn't have to explain the incident to too many of my
neighbors or family since they replaced it so quickly!! Thank you so
much!!

My garage door wouldn't open and I had to get to work.
Apparently, my garage door spring broke. I called at 7:30 am, and these
guys fixed my garage door and garage door opener by 8:15 am!

On 12-5-13 I discovered my garage door was not working
and both automobiles were stuck in the garage. After I called your
company, Chris arrived at my home and diagnosed the problem which was a
broken spring. He presented several options to replace one or two
springs along with associated costs. From the time I placed the call
until the time he was out the door was 45 minutes. Although this level
of service is rare in any industry, it wasn't until I called your
company again yesterday that motivated me to write this short note.
Again my garage door wasn't operating properly and I call to request a
service call. The lady who took my call was very professional and asked
me to describe the problem. She suggested the safety eyes might be out
out of adjustment and what I might try before she dispatched a service
technician. She was right and I'm a happy camper. Thanks for redefining
what customer service really means. I hope it catches on elsewhere.
